So....Where Are Green CC Weapons

Is anet ever going to give us insribable CC weapons?

There's been 42,000 threads about this already, but you had an overwhelming urge to start another?

The Xunlai Tournament Agent will appear in-game within 30 days of the completion of the Winterfest Tournament (on December 17, 2006).
Players will have 30 days after the introduction of this in-game npc to collect their prizes. All prizes not collected within this time will be forfeit.
