Factions Or Nightfall

I already have Prophecies so i was thinking of either getting factions or nightfall but iam not sure which one i should go for. And will i be able to continue with my main character from prophecies in factions and still get all the factions stuff and quests and missions on him? Or is it not linked and id hafta make a new character?

Well most people are in Nightfall right now, also you get the Heroes in Nightfall which are worth it for that alone, so I would get that for.
Yes you can take your existing character into Nightfall/Factions, as long as you upgrade your existing account and don't start a new account for it.

How do you go about upgrading your exsisting account and when you do can you still go around prophecies.

To upgrade your existing account, start the game and click on "create account or add access key"

Choose to add the access key from the chapter you have just bought to an existing account, log in, enter the key... And voila. Two chapters linked under one account. After that, you can make characters cross between campaigns (and your prophecies characters will not lose any access to any of the prophecies content in the process)
