Hat / Helm Bug

I wear end of game factions armor. When i put my jester cap on this evening from winterfest I loved it. Then I realized, my helm had not made it to my inventory.

I can only get one by beating shiro again, paying 15k for it, and getting all the materials again, and then get it infused again. In other words, it will take a collosal act that I've already accomplished.

What should I do? Besides make a date with Shiro and have him make me one?

If that was a joke, it was a stupid one, GODh. Besides, the helm wasn't his property anyways.

Make sure that you didn't equip it when you had it in storage because your helm might be in there.

It's not a big deal to argue over. I lost an expensive piece of armor that bums me out. No need to insult anyone for replying. Write privately if you have issues. Don't flame war my thread!

Great wintersday, lots of fun. Just hoping for them to help me with this issue. At least I didn't get stuck in a bridge again.....LOL

ok the wired thing I saw was that people on Grenth winning when the grenchies come. ok here is the thing WITH the wintersday presents on the ground were some peoples Festival hats. I also found someones actual armor helm. I have been able to return 4 of the hats I found but not 2 of the others... when I try to PM them I get no answer so I am assuming they didn't want them. But How did they end up on the ground in town is the question? I have no idea? I have tried to replicate this many ways during the event and I have not been able to figure out how it happened. I have no clue how it happens, I kinda wish I got a screeny so people could see it sitting there on the ground in town. But I was picking stuff up so quick I grabbed it before I realized it was something else...

Sounds like they had full inventories.

Yeah, I was also wondering how other armors were ending up on the ground. There has to be more than just a full inventory since that doesn't happen out of the outposts.

I recall the same thing happening with festival tickets. If you have no room in your inventory the next item you get would drop on the floor if it was forced into your inventory. I doubt that this is the OPs problem since it would have to be an insanely unlucky timing for this to occur with his 15k helm already in his inventory.

You wil need to log a ticket with support for this.

I'm curious to know how you think we can help here, we are a fansite, and have no access to game mechanics or accounts.
