Don't quote me on this but I thought Gaile Gray said that characters who is in the their second years with Guild Wars will get something new or special? I wouldn't mind getting mini glint, gwen, lich and other enemies into mini.

Mini Alesia - always there to start resing you 2 sec after another monk and "click out" before she can complete the cast

It'll be really funny when the mini and the henchie version of her do the same thing at the same time

mini abbadon head to follow you around...an Envoy minipet (from factions) would be cool too, especially if only people who were we no sui could see it! Everyone else...would just see a faint flickering or something, lol.

I imagine the next gen minipets will all be NF and Champaign 4 pets, as the 1st range of them were all Prophecies and Factions pets (bar Varish and the Giant which were special ones). I would love to see a minipet of a Rock/rain Beetle, there so cute.

It would be nice to have some more of the older creatures too but if they did that there woulnt be many of the new campaign. Non the less ones id like to see are:

Green:
Mini Glint (yeah we all want one of them, would be even more popular than kuuvaang and Bone dragon)

Gold:
Mini Lich (so we have all 3 of Abaddons underlings)
Mini Togo (to go with mini Rurik)
Mini Koromir (also to go with mini Rurik)

Purple:
Mini Elona Centaur
Mini Angchu Tengu
Mini Margonite
Mini Griffon (every farmer wants one of these :P)

White:
Mini Rock Beetle (Loves them)
Mini Juggernaut (counters the Seige turtle)
Mini Azure shadow
Mini Dryder (hehe i bet they look cute miniurised)

I dunno about another series of minipets, for 2 year old characters.

Seems to me, with mini trading allowed, Anet is basically giving you X amount of plat for being 2.

I would much prefer a flashy off color emote. (not gold like the rank ones, maybe a nice neon blue)

This way it ACTUALLY is a sign of age/dedication (your playing right?) and not just some quick cash or another "item".

Dont get me wrong, I absolutely love my mini temple gaurdian. I just think something more than an item would be nice for those of us who have reached the 2 year mark with our characters.

(If they must be mini's, how about a rehash of the first set(s) but this time give them a nice "boss aura")

I think some people have misunderstood. I don't want these new mini pets to be available ONLY to 2 year old chars, but added in the possible outcome of ANY gift spawned from now on.

All characters from beta previews were reset at the launch of Proph. Everyone started out at lvl 1 in pre-searing. The only thing saved were their names.

Unless you can show me someone with a character that old.

I have a friend whos char dates back to the world preview. Yes he was reset back to level 1 in presearing at launch but his birthday dates back to the WPE.

Once upon a time didn't I see a thread about minipets fighting each other??? Or was that my imagination?

If so it would be really cool to have a place to do it like a fighting arena for betting on minipets. I'm coming up on two years in April on my ranger (well actually almost 3 years but we don't include beta time). I'll let you know if something happens. My ranger is currently 20 months old since prophecies clock reset... wow... has it really only been 20 months? lol seems like so much longer doesn't it? lol
