20% Sword Pommel of Deathbane

Can anybody give me an estimate on a perfect (20%) Sword Pommel of Deathbane? Also, where might be a good place to try selling it?

I realize the %dmg against specific mods are hard to price, but I'm wondering if anyone has input.
