With the rampant use of Spoil Victor in Random Arenas and the lack of hex removal in most builds due to classes lacking the removal skills, I suggest a nerf to Spoil Victor. And yes, I am aware it was buffed to make it useful, but imo it was buffed too much.
Spoil Victor has a long duration and can be cast on up to 3 targets in one full duration at 16 skill, which removes up to 3 melee players entirely from the equation or 2 in and endless chain. Nothing is worse than standing around doing nothing while Spoil Victor is chained on you. Usually in Random Arenas you can't function with even 1 person missing
Without a class to remove it for you, you can't do anything but stand around if neither your primary nor your secondary has a hex removal skill.
So either nerf Spoil Victor to a set duration with longer refresh or make it 15 energy with a 2 second cast time to fit its power.
Suggestion - Nerf Spoil Victor

You want a skill nerfed because of the way it is used in RA?
Anyway, as this skill is already being discussed in another thread, I'll be locking this one.
