OMG Just saw a Candy Cane collector in Kamadan, 5 shards per wintersday gift... is this news or am I late?

Kurt will get a lot of ale at least with some CC's thrown in. Not only can he be drunk but he can keep himself amussed while drunk by popping up snowmen, and running around on an insane sugar high. (with CC weapons equipped of course :P)

and I just gave away about 200 shards to some guy that claimed he was going to make weapons for friends in Factions. Well, at least my faith in the universe is restored. No good deed goes unpunished.

I hope this is going to be in LA to that would be pretty retarded if propechies has nothing to do with there shards.

The one in Lion's Arch is the area between the two sets of rings, near the Christmas tree. In Kamadan, he's very near the tree. Both are Mesmers, as I recall.
