Gyala Hatchery mission, where are the smoke thingies?

Right, so I'm on this mission and you're supposed to use some smoke thingies to make the siege turtles attack and prevent the Kurzicks from killing the baby turtles. It's apparently impossible to complete the mission without doing this, because the baby turtles die in a matter of seconds if you can't use the siege turtles' mass knockdown.

However, I have no idea how you get these smoke bombs. The GWiki article says that you should get them from talking to Argo, but I get nothing when I do that. Nothing appears in my inventory, nothing drops on the ground, and my character isn't carrying anything. Am I missing something, or is it bugged?

U get them from talking to the npc who has a name begining with P, hes in the group with Argo. You dont get them from Argo himself. Hes normally in the middle of the group.
