Reconnect after Disconnect - Doens't work

Well, I got just Prophecies Campaign and I got error code=10 (salvaging items too fast, I believe) sometimes, the last time I got DC'ed, I lost all my progress through the mission... So I've heard about the reconnect after disconnect thingy but nothing happens! Does it shows only on error code=7?

i know it tries to reconnect you on an err7, never seen an err10 before.

Code=010 is the error you get when theres a communication error with the GW servers, if you are having these regularly like your post proclaims you need to seriously send a support ticket to them with your information (Are you going through a router? what model? you got any firewalls up? what are you doing ingame to make it happen?)

Err10 happening semi-consistently (like when you do the same action and it happens again) is usually linked to either their servers having problems with certain ISPs [this would effect thousands of people and the forum usually fills up with "WTF?" threads when it happens] or a problem with your setup that is for some reason blocking GW's communication with your client.
