100k+60-70ecto imo..

same elemental sword req 10 perf modded, has a buyout on guru at 100K 70 ectos and no one took it, even after some days. And 2 elemental sword req 9 are in auction now.

100k + 60 ectos is a good buyout for your req 10 if you want to sell it.
