Requesting Ruby/Sapphire Farm

i am suprised noone has posted anything for this yet, we all know that the ethers and djinns drop salvagable items that can hold these.

Ethers are mesmers and most of the time you run into Sapphire Djinns (dervishes)

is there any farming builds that can solo or duo these groups?

or is there a better way to get Rubies and Sapphires....for 1 peice of Vabbian armor *lets say the leggings* costs 58k for the gems ALONE (which is obsurd)
