I need help with Foolhardy Father quest

I'm doing a quest called Foolhardy Father. I started from Arjok Ward and I've just realised how far I have to run to get to Barbarous Shore. Can somebody give me tips on a fairly good way to run and any towns that might be on the way? Much appreciated, ^^

It's really not as far as it looks. I remember how daunting it seemed at first, though!

Just follow your quest arrow, Arkjok Ward -> Pogahn Passage (town) -> Dejarin Estate -> Camp Hojanu (town) -> Barbarous Shore

That's the only way through. It doesn't take as long as you think to get there.

If you do the quest The great Escape (which you have to), after freeing Koss, you can go to Pogahn Passage which is just southeast from where you are.
