Yep, a money grab. GW Chapter 4 was pushed back to August from April I believe.

What makes you say this when no official word from Anet has come out on the subject?

there was never an official word from anet about guild wars 3 until awhile after that one website did

and by the way.....where did u get guild wars 4 information, giale told me this month we will get some so i found this on google....what else did you guys find out about guild wars 4?

I've read about ch4 being pushed back on multiple sites in various threads. Something tells me this info came from the inside and is in fact true. With this game, when rumors spread that wildly, they almost always are true.

It seems Play is needing some money so they put out a pre-order and a "release" date hoping to get some quick cash and no return to you for your trouble.

they closed it of so nice! everything got wraped up! heres my opinion on what they should do. give us 3-5 years to screw around with the three campains. by that time, the game will have little to no players. during that time they should be making guildwars2 or something like that, and make it absolutly amazing. but if they make another addon to guildwars its just going to be as repetitive as the last 3 and nothing realy new at all. all the skills will be copies of old ones and a lot of players wouldnt buy it.

cmon anet! 3 is the magic number and you hit it with nightfall. now give us some time to do everything and dont make another rushed expansion

Has anyone ever seen an official release date for chapter four? Nope. Claiming a date was pushed back is total BS when there never was a date ever announced.

How can the game play be changed in a huge way without making a completely different game? There will never be WoW styled professions, probably won't ever be mounts, so what exactly do you want? Until the series is ended expect it to be basically the same with only new classes added with each campain.

Anyone who believes a rumor is fact with no confirmation and proof just because it's a widespread and popular rumor is a moron. So please, stop passing off rumors as fact.

Anyone who knows the game well enough knows of Anets plan to continue to release new content every 6-9 months(with a push towards 6 months od course), thus there is no monthly fee, there were pre orders of Prophecies , and Factions, and NF, so I dont see what the big deal is, people familar with this site have seen plenty of these posts, and this is just another one too add to the pile of unimportant posts with no basis in fact.

Then ALEX and GAILE must be crosswired. Because she said that the DEV TEAM was debating about pushing back the release a couple of months. She said that at the beginning of December last I recall. That was around the same time she was talking about the December 20th update.

Call it what you want, but search for it yourself before badmouthing.

But I did find the Post and it was an incorrect month.

But they haven't said anything about Chapter 4 other than that so I can't fault anyone for speculating on it.
