Where's the hat storage?

Im not suprised there is confusion, duplication is not storage. "... you'll get a new means of storing it...", no we did not. I don't really want to have a hat stand when there are much more important problems with storage as a whole. But I think the wording Anet used to describe this feature leaves allot to be desired.

Gripe, gripe, gripe...look: now all your characters can get a hat only one of them got during an event. So what if they didn't allocate special "hat boxes" for storage, you still get a way to get hats anytime you want for any character and without using storage slots...Be happy and say, "Thanks ANet" or crawl back under your bridge and wait for the next goat.
