PC on req 11, inscribable Canthan skin (?) fire staff, please

Hi,

Would some kind people in the know about these help me with a PC here, please? I was saving it for a fire ele hero, but I got the idea this may be a rare skin.

Questions:
Is this in fact the Canthan skin and rare?
Would it be likely to fetch a better price if I put different mods on it? If so, which mods?
What would the PC on this be? Both with as-is mods and with upgraded mods.

you could proby sell it at 70k

I'm leaning towards trusting the 70k mark ... because I can't imagine anything but a few warrior things would ever sell for +200e

yeah that was a really bad price check, sorry that someone got your hopes up, but 70k or so is more reasonable... maybe a tad more if you find a serious buyer, but 100k 200 ectos is just plain absurd
