Missing character slot(s) bug!

Normally I have 8 character slots. I just deleted a pvp character, and now my character creation screen is showing that I have 7 of 6 characters. What is going on here?

also go into "manage access keys" and get a screenshot of all the things you have added to your acc, you'll probably need one anyways if you have to send in a report ticket.
another thing, exist and restart the client and see if that does anything.

Did you actually buy Nightfall?
It says you added the 10 hour NF trial to your account. The 2 extra slots is consistent with 1 Factions account.
The rest looks like you were using NF trial, that gave you the 2 extra slots. Once the time was up, those slots were disabled, but didn't disapear until you deleted the character.
That would be the only reasonable explanation.

No I bought a key and have been using it for the past month from an ebay key seller. I still have access to all nightfall skills and areas!

If you really had 8 slots, just enter your NF key again.

I tried that and it says the key is in use.

Hint: it's possible to generate fake GW keys. These are frequently sold by third parties. Of course, invalid keys can be eventually detected.
Another option of course, is that the guy sold you the trial account, since that one is listed. Did you manually add trial account on top of your existing NF account?
Anyway, I'd be glad you still have your account.

If you bought a key of ebay dont expext this to be sorted out at all. Only ever buy legit GW games as Ebay ones can be illegal and it is against the EULA.

Out of curiosity, how did you receive your key? Just the code via email, or did you actually receive a box?
Either way, if they somehow have the original key all they have to do is send proof to support and say that it was stolen and get it back. Looks like that may have been what happened and they removed your character slots as they removed your key. Though I'm not sure why they wouldn't have banned you at that point.
