hi guys, i need a pc on a purple serpent axe, i've been told it's a pretty rare skin so i figured it would be worth some money
here's a little pic to give ya an idea



it's req 13
15%dmg while hexed
lengthens duration of weakness 33%

so give me some advice ppl

its a max dmg mod, but its a poor one, serpent axes are losing value becasue they can be found in many differenet areas , Id say the usual

20% while hexed would be max
