Enchantment and Hex on Party members

I can see enchantments and hexes on my heroes, but can't see them on other party members. Has anet said if or when we will get the feature?

You can see that they are enchanted or hexed or have a condition via the colored arrows on their health bars. After almost 2 years I'm guessing that's all we get but don't know that I've ever seen anything official on this.

If they were to add this it would take away from the need to communicate in the game.
Having how it is now your ally can ping the hex/condition or say it thru voice chat.
Each player knows what hexes/conditions are bad for them so they will call it out.
If it would show up in the party window ( which i dont think is even possible without clutering it) it would just be that the monks will have to look at yet more things making their job even harder.Players would also rely way too much on the monk just seeing it and removing it as soon as it is applied.
With the heros this is simply done because the dont communicate yet you are the one controlling them.
Each player should take care of themselfs ( with the help of others, by for example letting the monk know you have SS on you)this suggestion would put all the strain on the monks.

Too much information.
It would be a complete nightmare for players who depend on this information, like monks.
Monitoring 8 full enchantment/hex/stance/effect bars is more information than anyone can effectively handle. Same goes for energy bars of other players.

I would like to see this personally.
If the target title bar just had the relevant icons under it like the Heroes skill bars do, that wouldn't be too intrusive. Just keep the current color and symbol info too and make the hex/enchant/condtion icons optional.
I want to know if my henchies have certain spells on them, and it can be faster to just look than to wait for your party member to call it out, especially if it's a PUG.
I've always assumed they didn't do it because it would be too much of an advantage for the monk.

they could do something similar to how City of Heroes has it. All buffs and debuffs have a little icon next to the character's name in the party window. These icons can be hidden, changed so they can stack, etc.

It is completely unnessesary to show what hexes/enchantments/conditions are on a player. If they need the party to know, they will ping it, and it works better. Every party member is expected to monitor their own (and their heroes) conditions and let the rest of the party know if there is a serious issue.

Most hex removal skills are very conditional or have long recharges. It would be nice to be able to see who has Spiteful Spirit on them as opposed to Reckless Haste. Or if a character has Crippled and Bleeding and Arcane Langour, or Crippled and Conjure Nightmare on them.
In a perfect world everyone would know what the bad stuff is and call it quickly. But we don't live in that world, so a little more information would be a nice thing.

Having nothing is too little, having everything is too much, this is a middle ground.
