Pc on These 2 Gold weapons! plz help..

Need pc on these two gold weapons:

Gold Barbed War Axe
Slashing Dmg: Max Dmg (Rq 12 Axe mastery)
Dmg +15 (while health above 50%)
Legthens Bleeding Duration on Foes by 33% (Stacking)

Gold Insightful Holy Branch of Enchanting
Energy+10
Fire Dmg: max dmg (Rq 8 Divine Favor)
Halves casting time of Protection Prayers Spells (19%)
Halves skill recharge time of Protection Prayer spells (19%)
Energy+4
Enchantments last 19% Longer

Weapons dont have inscriptions..

and my apologys to that reply thing...

Doubt you'll get much for the war axe due to the high req.

If that holy branch is from NF and inscribable ... A LOT! b/c of req 8edness from NF. If it's not, then maybe 10-30k??? Still a nice unusual skin and the req 8 DF is pretty good (for a monk looking to get max damage out of his/her staff .. or looking for show-off stats.)

Edit your OP to say whether both items are inscribable or not. (Don't reply and break the forum rules or they'll close your thread.)

Get more opinions, as I'm not at all sure about the staff pc. :S
