The attack damage would be twice the warrior, and the berserker could handle any weapon with half of the skill points required for it. The berserker cannot move fast, and when knocked down, it would have trouble getting up. The berserker would also take double damage against magic and ranged weapons.

Half the skill points? NO.
Damage twice as powerful as the warrior? NO.
Double damage against magic and ranged weapons? He/She is screwed.
