which should i buy

I was wondering if i should buy
Guild wars or
Guild wars : nightfall
Iam looking for grafics and good gameplay

Both have good graphics and gameplay.

I recommend Nightfall, which has a good tutorial, the customizable heros, and the newest area.

Do i have to have guild wars to play guild wars night fall
like is nightfll a pack in the game
So can i play the game with Guild wars nightfall
without guild wars

each campaign can be standalone or an addon the campaigns just unlock their perspective continents for the account you create (prophecies [aka guild wars] - tyria, factions - cantha, nightfall - elona)

You only need one of the titles to play. Each one will work as a stand-alone game. If you get Nightfall, you'll be able to play in the Nightfall realm. But you won't be able to play in the lands and have access to the contents of factions and Prophecies.

But, once you have one, you can add the others to your account like expansions.
