P/C: Perfect Shocking Desolation Sword of Defense Req 10

Hey, i have a few conflicting views about this item that i picked up a while ago.



I've had values ranging from nothing, to 10k, to 50k. Need advice of people who actually know stuff. I don't know how rare this skin is, and frankly i don't trust the rare skin price check thread up top, since a lot of times the prices ive seen things go for have been way off considering the value put there.
