After hearing 2 people bragging about their shortest times to level 20, I was reminded of a site I saw about 6-8 months ago aiming to log every record in Guild Wars (One that comes to mind is shortest time to killing the Lich as an example). I tried searching for it on Google, but couldn't find it nor on a search of this forum.
Does anyone know the URL or if its still in existance?
