I've been looking for a price for this bow for a little while now, as it dropped for me tonight while farming the Stygian Veil, but have yet to find one. It's listed in a few areas, but there is never a price attached that I have seen to this point.
The stats are:
Stygian Recurve Bow
Piercing Dmg: 15-28 (requires 9 Marksmanship)
Damage +15% (while health is above 50%)
Armor Penetration +20% (chance: 20%)
Health +30
