I understand a lot of devs play there. I dont play pvp anymore, but it would be nice having favor 23/24 hours a day.

You won't lose anything but you can only change a limited amount of times.

Is that in a time frame? How many times can you change servers?
What will happen to my ping if i join another server?
Anyone from us play on euro server have any input to the latency there ?

you can change servers 5 times then you are stuck

As a general rule of thumb the further away from a server you are the higher your ping time will be, because the data has to travel further and through a greater number of intermediary ISPs. The more intermediary jumps are made, the more likely you are to encounter a slower transfer.

I would assume that outside of International District I would not be able to participate with current Guild members in the American District if I were to change districts?

That's the main reason I don't switch over. I don't want to lose touch with people in my time zone.

You wouldn't really lose touch, byteme, since you can meet up with peeps in an International District (added bonus, most of them are quiet and bereft of spamming imbeciles) and you can chat across servers, via whisper, guild and alliance chat.
