PC on possible new spear

Could not locate it anywhere.
Anyone have info on it? rare skin? is it actually new? etc.
Would love to know its value as well, ty

thats not a spear...

lawl....to determine what kind of weapon it is just simply check the req of the weapon (i.e., swordsmanship/dagger mastery/fire magic/ect) ...a spear would say "Requires X/XX Spear Mastery" ..but personally i say salvage the item.

it is a staff

salvage for +30 then +5^50

the HSR is not max (20% is max)
about the skin it is the same as crafter in Camp Hojanu but people will pay alot if it is max ^^
