lawl....to determine what kind of weapon it is just simply check the req of the weapon (i.e., swordsmanship/dagger mastery/fire magic/ect) ...a spear would say "Requires X/XX Spear Mastery" ..but personally i say salvage the item.

it is a staff

salvage for +30 then +5^50

the HSR is not max (20% is max)
about the skin it is the same as crafter in Camp Hojanu but people will pay alot if it is max ^^
