Hats for Taiwan?

Unclaimed gifts collected during the Wintersday Finales, and those donated by players, will be shared with Taiwanese players in a mini-event next week.

Does that mean that americans, europeans, and everyone else could go to a Taiwanese server and be able to get hats?

No, according to what gaile said they will not be getting hats since those are costumized to people, theses are unclaimed gifts or gifts donated by people ,which is what they will be getting.

They have no plans on re-doing the finale for more hats at this point, as far as Gaile tells.

We (US, Euro) couldn't go to Taiwenese servers anyway, US and Euro can only swith between US and Euro servers, not Asian servers. Unless I guess if you picked up an Asian copy of the game.
