and other peoples armor were fine when I loaded into that district
heres the orignial screenshot , a mesmer and monk managed to sneak into the pic and u can see their amror is fine

I have seen something like that before. It can happen when you change from one outfit to another. Basically it is 2 armor sets overlapping each other. Fixes itself in a minute or two. I did it just the other day. Too bad I couldn't keep what I saw though.

It happens from time to time.
Happens to me after i've re-installed my graphics card...Fixes after restart. The armor is dependant on shader support, therefore without a graphics card that is compatible armor will become bright, or miscoloured.
