My friend *estimated* he said, about 100k + 2 ectos, but he said it was just an estimate..

I think that estimate is a bit overpriced. Check this sticky http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s....php?t=3063024 for rare skinned weapons baseline pricing. I see 30-50k for your bow listed there, of course that's without mods, so you could probably pull 75k on this one imo.
