Don't know how rare portal staves are. Thinking I should salvage the shield, but which mod is worth more?

Check this sticky for mod prices http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...ad.php?t=44867. They actually are about the same in my experience. I would salvage if it were mine. Portal staff is a relatively desired skin, 5-10k range on that imo.
