ok well i'm pretty new to the game, but i intend to do a lot of pvp i was wondering what would be better as i cannot decide R/Me or R/N ?

You can change your secondary later in the game (and you will have to if you wanna do PvP anyway) so it doesn't matter now, really.

Please don't PvP with your roleplaying character (PvE character)... Even at lvl20, making a PvP character is alot better with the best of the best available to you.

i only PvP with my PvE char...

You can switch secondaries rather easily, as was said, so do not worry about making the 'wrong' choice.
