anyway heres my idea:
morning, noon and night.
anet should make it that depending on the time on each district on each server
it will show morning noon and night.
and also they should make it rain and hail everynow and then randomly.

i know it might not be much but sometimes its the little things that count

heres another idea:

NPC's should be more lifelike and depending on the weather (morning noon night raining hailing ETC)

they'lll have something different to say.

and last but not least:

player owned houses
you can put different decorations in your house and invite guests and guild mems. there will be a title for best house. each decoration gives you points for that title.

anyway thats al for now

oh, yeah MORE STORAGE SPACE!!!!

Day cycles have been suggested many times.

Some areas do have weather that's related to that area.

Houses have also been suggested and something like that wouldn't really work with how GW is set up.

How does storage space fit with the real world thing anyway?

/signed for random weather in certain places

good luck with the rest

I miss the weather and day/night cycles from playing Everquest 2.
Guild Wars world isn't really as immersive as other online fantasy worlds.
But I'm guessing that a lot of people don't care about immersion, just beating things and getting stuffz.
Recorded dialogue for quests would be immersize too, but most people I've grouped with don't read the dialogue or wouldn't listen to it, they just click, click let's go and follow the green star.
I'm thinking anything to add to immersion would be tossed aside because the average type of gamer who plays GW isn't interested in it.

It currently already rains in some areas of each campaign.

It does, but it is always raining isn't it?
I played Everquest 2 for months before I was in Antonica during a fog/rain cycle. It made everything so different. I could hardly see that far and it had a gloomy foreboding feel to it. Made the zone feel alive.

/signed for the weather too
they could make it to affect gameplay too rather then eye candy

some suggestions...
when in a fog chances to miss in ranged att increase by 15% to all
when raining fire spells/skills decrese dmg while water spells increses
minions life spand extends at night...etc

my 2 cents
since there are to date 6 gods y not give them ruling months/times (like greth winter, dywana spring...etc)
n during these time having favor from these gods give a little extra bonus from the current

Although I like the environmental effects associated to weather, I have a very bad feeling that so many people are going to find things to complain about with it. They'll probably just quit a zone and keep retrying until the weather is gone, instead of trying to have fun with what they were given.
