PC on req. 9 inscriptable gold Crescent Axe

Didn't found anything about this axe from rare skined weapon guides. I guess it isn't so rare but still worth something.
Here it is:

* Requires 9 Axe Mastery.
* Armor +5.
* Inscription: "Don't Think Twice"
Halves casting time of spells (chance: 9%)
