im out of pre. now when i die it takes away hp from my max.
how do i stop this? how do i get back to my original hp maxx? thanks

To stop from getting this, don't die. To make it go away once you have it, either go into a town and disband your party, or as you fight it goes down if you do good. As you fight and do good you will also get an increase of these.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but... you ARE taking henchmen or a player-run party with you, right?

Monks = fragile. You're not really supposed to be going toe to toe with anything.

FYI, you don't need to disband your group in order to get rid of death debt via traveling to a city. Just don't map travel there but instead run there and your party will remain intact and the death debt will be gone. Not that map travel + regrouping is all that bad but just wanted to state that there was an alternative.
