I'm looking at these two skills here, and as I see it Soldier's Stance is inferior to Soldier's fury in almost everyway...
[skill]Soldier's Stance[/skill] [skill]Soldier's Fury[/skill]
Soldier's Stance's MAXIMUM duration is the same as Soldier's Fury's MINIMUM duration.
Soldier's Fury has a shorter recharge time by 3 seconds
Soldier's Stance is a STANCE, Soldier's Fury is an Echo, which means you can use a stance like rush or sprint with it, to gain +33 IAS and a 25% speed boost.
Why would anyone use Soldier's Stance? The only advantage it has is instant cast, but with the ability to use a stance with +33 IAS, I dont seet as a big deal at all.
So on a warrior, with 0 leadership, I can be much more effective with a paragon IAS than my own warrior IASes at max level. Both of these skills are elite and basically function the same way. There needs to be some balance here.

Not every elite needs to have the same strength as every other elite. Soldier's Stance allows you to use a non-W/P

That 1 second makes all the difference in the world. It takes you 4 seconds to catch up to your normal attack rate, and you never catch up to the rate under Soldier's Stance.
IAS skills don't stack. You can't have more than 33% IAS. (Sorry if you knew that. It looked like you implied it.)
Apparently, that wasn't clear enough.
You're wrong and Soldier's Stance > Soldier's Fury

No duh. The point is, that soldier's fury is superiour to soldiers stance on a warrior, with 0 points in leadership... unless you're using some specific build, your 2ndary as a warrior isn't really that important, and it's pretty ridiculous that an IAS from another class is superiour to ALL your IAS, with ZERO points in that attribute, even if all your attributes were maxed.

Warriors have the highest DPS in the game, so it makes sense that a warrior-primary IAS stance will be inferior to a paragon echo.
Then again, the existence of soldier's stance is null and void by Soldier's Fury...something needs to be done if this thing is ever going to be used.

It's fine how it is, good that paragons have one overpowered skill.

Soldiers Fury is tied to Leadership, the paragon's primary, instead of Tactics, which a warrior secondary can put points into. This makes P/*s able to use SF more efficiently while a */W can be as efficient with Soldiers Stance.
SF also has a 1 sec casting time, where Soldiers Stance can't be interrupted. (ok, SF recharge is fast enough to not matter much, but it can be frustrating to get it interrupted mid battle).
A */P can use Soldiers Fury and keep it up all the time, but they will have to stop attacking for 1.5 seconds every 10 sec. with Soldiers Stance at ~10 tactics you can maintain it all the time if you so choose.
with those things in mind, i think they are balanced out rather well.

All we need is IMS on soldier's stance and we'd be set...
