There isn't a best area. Drops are completely randomized.

.... ok let me explain it this way, which is the easiest to chest run, for example DOA is not good for chest run due to complete and utter pawnage... i want to know which area is easy to chest run, yet still drops gold MAX DMG collossal schimitars

Clearly you aren't listening. Colossal Simitars can appear in potentially any area. They are so rare though so no one has accurate data.
Wiki says that it appears in Tormented chests though. Test the areas yourself and see which areas are best for running.
