like title says it's a staff wrapping of fire magic (fire magic +1 chance 19% when using skills)
just wondering how much it's worth. didn't see anything like this in the weapon mod sticky.

1-2k~ or so, quite easy to get +1 StaffWrapping 20% chance mods nowadays.
