Unreccoverable Driver Error

I consistantly get an "unreccoverable driver error" when attempting to leave Wehhan Terraces for Yatendi Canyons in Nightfall.. I have never had problems like this in the game and have attempted re-installing Nightfall to remedy... anyone know whats up with this?
