I have 2 Portal staves both req 9.
The Halves skill recharge is an inherant mod on all nightfall staves.
Did you mean 20% Halves casting time as well as the inherant mod of HSR? If your after a 20/20 which would you prefer on the staff an adept head or aptitude inscription?
