Does Anthem of Flame affect Barrage

I typed the question in search and found nothing, so my question is:
If I use Anthem of Flame and someone uses Barrage would all 6 targets burn?

An alternative way to get the desired effect is to use mark of rodgort with a fire bow. Having conjure flame up will also add additional damage to all opponents hit by barrage.
