Currently playing with the following build and wondering if there is anything I could change. Any improvements or suggestions would be appreciated. This is for PVE.

Searing Flames (Elite)
Glowing Gaze
Leech Signet
Ether Signet
Ether Feast
Channeling or (Resurrection Signet for missions)
Tweaking a Flame Build
Painbringer

Why not take Arcane Echo if you're a mesmer primary? You can also switch out Ether Feast for Mantra of Inscriptions. (or just add it in, since you only have 7 skills there)
