I'm sorry if this was answered elsewhere or previously, but I couldnt find an answer...

I'm a total noob and kind of messed up in my point distribution... I know theres a way to decrease the attribute levels for points back but:
1. It wont let me do it right now... do I have to go somewhere special or pay gold to do it?
2. Will there be a condition to doing it? Like, will it only give me 3 points back decreasing it, when I spent 4 points to raise it?

Thank you in advance for your replies.

1. To reduce attribute levels you need to be in a town or outpost. You won't be able to lower attribute point's while in an explorable area or within a mission. It cost's no gold to change attribute points.

Once in a town or outpost just click the down arrow next to your attributes to lower them

2. No condition. when you reduce your attribute by 1, you will get all the attribute points back that you had spent raising it by 1 initially. It cost's no gold, no items or anything like that - the only condition to lowering an attribute is that the attribute must have already had points invested in it.

ie
It cost's 20 points to go from 11 to 12 attribute.
So if you lower that attribute from 12 back to 11.. you will get 20 point's back to spend on your attributes.

You have to be inside an outpost/city before you can change them. There is no condition you get all the points back.
