Yea i've started working on getting this title but nothings showing up....like after 3 lvls without dying. Is it because I've already died. Can you get this title after you've died.....if you stop dying and start building exp. again?

Once you die you lose your survivor title chances. You have to have exactly 0 deaths from the time you start til the time you hit level 20.

The title track doesn't show up until level 5 or so. You can check your death totals by using teh /deaths command.
