This skill would be a new type of BiP that would affect an area but run the risk of aoe damage on casters.

Sacrifice 33% of your maxium healthand an additional 5% for each ally affected. For 10 seconds all ally's in the area(size of healing circle) gain +1...3 energy regeneration.

I think he meant allies... but still I think it's to much really, all allies +4 regen. wow.

+4 regen is about 10 enegy over time...it looks good w/ the +5% for each ally effected. But I just don't see it to be fair for the caster to be effected too. Also, this need to be changed to effect party members only...because ally = minions + spirits, and you'll be saccing a lot more then you think.

I see what he means, though I don't want to explain what I think or I'd mix everyone else up. But personally, I think Blood Ritual and Blood is Power is enough for the Necro energy boosting skills.

Personally i don't like the name linked with the proposed skilleffect.
I think this would be a more feasible entry also syncing with 'Healing Burst {E}' since the change i made is a bit similar t thatparticular skill.
Also changed the casting time to 1/4s since i think 3/4 is still to vulnerable to interrupts. I mean you do have to sac at least 33% of your current health

Come to think of it, it would be really unbalanced if one team has +3 e regen, imo even 33% +15% wont be balanced, I think unless this skill is 100% saccing, I wouldn't want it in game..
Come to think about it there should be some 100% saccing elite for necro, giving it some cool effect or really big damage (not enough damage to kill but really to annoy people).
