PC on req. 7 Fellblade!

Hi, i want a PC on my req. 7 (seven) fellblade. Its not inscriptionable, and it got no mods. I have added 3-1 Vamp and +27 hp to it, but i dont think that matters. So the deal is a clean req. 7 Fellblade (i want PC because of the low req.).
