600k is a lot for a req7 longsword. Normal price is around 350-450k

I sold mine to Knoll for 100k 60 ectos... and a friend sold his the day before for 100k 65 ectos... with ectos around 7.5k that's about 550k and 587k... those were the last two prices for them to sell at

so honestly I'd say 400k+... people have been paying more for items like these since they are actually hard to find and they don't have anything else to blow money on
