Ok, so using my shadow form as an example it says lose all health but 29 when it ends.
Say I use it when I have less than 29 health and don't heal myself...when it ends would I gain the difference to get 29 health or just stay where I'm at.

You get upto the amount stated. Thus if you end up with 1 life point, and then Shadow Form ends, you end up with x life (lets say when it ends you end up with 25), thus you gain 24 life when it ends. Sadly, you may still be killed on the next hit.

If your health is lower than Shadow's Form health penalty, you actually get healed.

Yeah, I had tested this on a 55 monk (for running) prior NF(not sure if it works now). It does heal you cause I was below the health penalty quit a bit and it does heal you.

[skill]Feigned Neutrality[/skill] or [skill]Dark Escape[/skill] before [skill]Shadow Form[/skill] ends to prevent death.
