Wondering, since shields can be modded. if celestial shields can or cannot? or depends? D:

And I wouldn't wanna merch it. ><

I could use it when i have to fight in torment/margonites. :d

no, they cannot be modded.
its really not worth keeping..there are inscribable shields you could make 10x better for 30k
