Working on a thumping build and wondering if anyone has tried the following skill chain to any success

Extend Enchantments
Mystic Vigor
Heart of Fury
Vow of Strength

16 Mysticism
9 (Weapon of Choice)
9 Earth Prayers

With a +20% enchanting mod and 16 in mysticism you should get at least 20 seconds of speedy heavy damage thumping

In addition when all enchantments are lost you will get a Plus 5 Energy and plus 15 Health for each enchantment which will recharge your energy pool and get you ready to start over.

Mixed with a hammer sword or even axe adrenaline skills (Which you will have charged and ready to use when you lose all enchantments) this should work pretty well.

Any suggestions or comments (Totem axe could be a cheap weapon of choice)

I could be missing something obvious here, but I don't really see how this build is better than any of the existing Dervish PvP builds, or an actual thumper for that matter. And isn't 9 in your weapon attribute a bit low?

I haven't tried the build so I won't speak in facts, it just doesn't look like anything special at first glance. Have you tested it? How does it work, and is it actually better than what already exists?

The build would be used in PVE and is based off of the Vow of Strength Enchantment which at level 9 in earth prayers would add +32 base damage per hit. So I was thinking just the basic weapon requirement would be sufficient. Or am I reading wiki wrong?

Well your damage output increases quite noticably with a higher weapon attribute, but with diminishing returns after 12. I would never ever consider playing a physical damage character without at least 12 in the corresponding weapon attribute - the difference from 9 to 12 is something like 25% damage and 3% critical.
