PC on fellblade req9 20/20 hp30

Hi there , I would like to price check this:

Sundering Fellblade of Fortitude
Slashign Dmg: 15-22 (req 9 Swordmanship)
Inscription: "Strenght and Honor"
Damage +15% (while health above 50%)
Armor Penetration +20% (chance 20%)
Health +30

But I mostly want PC it because it's a purple item, not gold, it's as good (maybe better...) then a gold one, but I know some items worth more by the color then the effects itself, so I'm quite confused how exactly I should sell this for

Yeah, rare to see Nightfall req8 items around. I'd start carefully in sell forum and see how far it goes. Definately a rare find in NF
